It was founded in 1930, is one of the most precious jewels that owns the city. Also occupies the same place where in the seventeenth century were located the famous gardens of the Palace of Lastanosa, whose highlights were a great maze plant and a pond waterway with a small islet in its center.
The Park is a large natural area located very close to the city centre, where you can enjoy a varied flora, as well as several memorials and artistic.
Strolling through the park poses discover numerous species of trees, including eighty different, ranging from the usual pine, until more exotic species such as ginko, but, in addition, as previously mentioned, are discovered various sculptures of great artistic interest, as in the case of the monument to Las Pajaritas, of Ramon Acín, an emblem of Huesca.
